Confront Your Fears Face-To-Face

It is never too late to do something definite about your fears if you’re willing to face them, understand them, and work through them. Try to attack your fears in an enthusiastic, adventurous way. You’ll benefit greatly, not only in your own life, but also in your relationships with people because you’ll understand others better. You’ll know that others have fears, from the top executive to the cleaning person, and you’ll relate to others with great tolerance, respect and with great understanding.
Try as much as possible to find somebody who’ll support, challenge, motivate and hold you accountable to what you commit to do to expand your comfort zone. Find few friends who’ll help you strengthen your commitment and give you additional courage to stand-up-tall to your fears.
Please, sincerely list all what you’re afraid of or to do, not only the UNKNOWN.
Know that behind all indecision is fear, fear of loss.  Look! Listing all your fears can be a great first bull step in facing your fears and facing your fears will put them on the run and on your toes. FEAR is a coward and a bully. If you let it push you around, you’ll never own your own power.
Come-on! I challenge you to STANDUP, SPEAK OUT and BE COUNTED. Take a stand and face your fear head-on. If you do things you’re afraid of doing the death of FEAR is certain.
Fear is dispelled by action, positivity. Self-directed action is the most certain way to dispel fear. When you face fear, act upon them quickly and they’ll disappear and newly found confidence and excitement will be yours. Ask yourself the following:

If I were afraid, what will I be doing about my career, my finances, my health and my personal life? _______
The fear I want to conquer now is: ________
My plan action to overcome this fear is: _______
The ____________ things that are out of my psychological comfort zone that I plan to do this week: ____

If you succumb to the temptation of remaining in your comfort zone in the pursuit of security, you’ll eventually become bored. Yours will be a life that lacks zest, vim and vigor. Beneath boredom lies depression. Unfortunately, our society is experiencing depression in epidemic proportions; much depression is self imposed and comes as a result of rigid redraw from life-retreating, instead of advancing—going backwards instead of marching forward into life.
Do what you are afraid to do. When you run away because you are afraid to do something big, you pass opportunity by.
Do not be afraid; our fate cannot be taken from us; it is a gift.
